I'd wait a few hours or so but if you're worried, you can give them a call.

Went through clearing and I gave them a call today at like 4 and they had already accepted me but it takes a few hours for Ucas to update so Ucas only showed I had been accepted by like 6. Don't worry they reserve the place for you if they give you an offer.
i went through clearing, applied at 5pm on the thursday, by lunchtime on the friday i recieved my offer
