Whats your stle of play? You a power hitter or a placer?

Cannot vouch for this store btw, just seem a bit cheaper then others. I got my Yonex imported from USA, I got a Yonex Ti10 3U but never found them in UK.

I have something similar to the first one posted. It seems decent, but I doubt I paid £60 for it.

Go back to see the other rackets I got a racket that was reduced from £130 for £40 which turned out to be super good
I'm sorry to say the the Carlton Iso Pro will never be sold for £120. I'd go for one of the Yonex muscle power range, and maybe go in to a local sports shop to see if they can do you a deal. A friend who played on the County A team had a musclepower 22 until just a year ago. He played with it for 3 years +, so I'm guessing the 45 will be fine for you.

Alternatively, http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/SOTX-Powerboss-Woven-2-Max-tension-31lb-guaranteed_W0QQitemZ180161219580QQihZ008QQcategoryZ106463QQcmdZViewItemQQ_trksidZp1742.m153.l1262 is supposed to be a great racket, though I've not played with it personally.

Hi I play badminton socially and I use a £10 carlton something racket but I believe I deserve a better racket to suit my abilities. I've recently moved to the next level and now play with chinese people, and they laugh at my carlton racket.

Could anyone recommend me a racket under £50?? I heard Yonex are good... but which one??

Yonex you pay for the name

My Carlton Aerogear was about £40 and it's really really good

Go to JJB and pick up the old muscle power's from yonex or a Carlton that feels decent in your hand. Normally there isn't a vast amount of difference each year on the product and unless your at the very top level it is unlikely that you will notice the difference between an older model and a newer one.

Look for the Muscle Power's decent rackets especially the 20's. Alternatively use this on central sports:

Alternatively you can take a risk and opt for an import, I got a Japanese Nano Speed 9000x for £55. However, loads of fakes so quite a risk to take If you don't know what to look for.

Hope that helps somewhat.

I have a Karakal Sl-70. It's really light. I bought it for about £60.

I also used a Carlton Airblade Titanium for a bit too, and it was pretty decent.

thanks guys. i opted for the Yonex Muscle Power 22 Light (08/09) from www.centralsports.co.uk
£32 inc free delivery.

will let u know how it is
If you are having problems reaching the power you want, or with difficulty pull the shuttle from the back of your side to the back of their side so I recommend choose the Wilson. If your problem is with touch, I would recommend Yonex https://bestoutdooritems.com/best-badminton-rackets/ I took one dropped from 80 to 40 pounds sterling, and this is the best rocket I've ever played.
