Course doesn't suit them, health reasons, financial reasons

Many reasons - the course wasn't for them, they had issues at home that prevent them attending, sudden health deterioration, visa issues, financial problems... the list could go on for a while.
i would say the main reasons is the course wasn't for them/ mental health reasons
