Leaving the medicine training programme Watch

Hi there, I have joined TSR just to ask this question:

I am a ST1 and I'm regretting entering the training programme. I took a FY3 for travelling and locumming and I realised my life was happier outside of medicine. If I leave ST1 at this stage, try out careers outside of medicine, will I be able to re-enter the training programme in a year or two? How challenging would this be? Would I need any re-training?

In terms of employment outside of medicine, I don't really know where to start. Any suggestions? I doubt I will be considered for roles in management consultancy or finance as I have no internships or experience in this field.
I know there are a few practicing doctors on TSR, with a few more years experience than me. If anybody is able to shed any light on this, please do
