anyone need accommodation London

I have a student accommodation in London Tottenham Hale for 153 a week which sounds like alot but is reasonable great for London... on the Victoria line 5 mins away from the station (Tottenham Hale). I'm moving out with friends and need to find a new tenant to replace. up for any students. or if anyone got a better way of getting a tenant I'm all ears.
