Pathaan is an ethnic group so it’s not really a foreign language but not many people have heard of it. They are Pashtun people or people who speak Pashto and are of south-central Asia that share common language, culture and history.

I appreciate that, but as people on this English-speaking website will not be able to understand it, you must provide a translation or we will have to remove the posts - thanks for your understanding.
