Obtaining my qualifications

I am slightly older than most on here at the prime age of 28, I studied my school in Spain when I was younger, I completed my ESO. Never really needed my qualifications as I’ve been in constant employment since I returned to the UK. I am looking at changing my career path and can not for the life of me find my certificates or find anywhere online for me to obtain them. Would anyone be able to point me in the correct direction? I have seen a few people talking about the equivalent, just can’t find anything online or how I can get a certificate.

Any help appreciated.
