My hair is going grey at 29 Watch

I've started getting grey hairs and I'm only 29. I first noticed it a few days ago whilst cleaning my face in the mirror, my fringe and sideburns have a few grey hairs and because my hair is very dark brown it stands out. I googled the causes mainly about healthy diet, enough sleep, no stress etc but all of this doesn't apply to me as i'm quite fit and healthy so I am a bit puzzled how they got there.

Is there something I do to prevent getting more grey hairs or is nothing I can do? If this has happened to you please give me some advice as i'm quite worried about this.

Dude, you're 29, almost 30.
I think it's natural to start having some white hair.

I started having them from the age of 18, and now that I'm 20, I've got like 5.
I think mine is stress related as I stress out a lot.

If yours is unnatural, then maybe it is stress related as well?
Or maybe it's because you don't get enough water or something?

At 29 starting to get a few isn't completely beyond the pale just due to natural ageing. Nothing to be worried about tho, grey hair doesn't even look bad fam.
