Finance - different residences

Hi, I'm applying last minute for a HND course in NI (regional college) but have lived in several countries. Anyone know who I should apply to for funding?

Born UK
France 2005 - 8/2014
England 8/2014 - 7/2017 (GCSEs)
Scotland 7/2017 - 9/2018 (Highers)
France 9/2018 - 8/2019
Will obviously be in NI before course starts.

Anyone been in a similar situation?

Just throwing this in here incase you have no idea but student finance NI is the authority dealing with student loans in NI.

I did a HND course at NWRC last year.
