Can you be single and have kids through ivf?

Or is mainly for homosexuals or if your male partner has a low sperm count?

If you're paying for it, yes.

According to NICE, women aged under 40 should be offered 3 cycles of IVF treatment on the NHS if:

they've been trying to get pregnant through regular unprotected sex for 2 years
they've not been able to get pregnant after 12 cycles of artificial insemination.

So you could just not from the NHS, you would have to pay for Private Health Insurance

If jc933 is correct, only unless artificial insemination with a donor has been unsuccessful.

Just google it. It will give you a better answer than my basic knowledge will.

You can do as you please if you have got the money for it. Sexuality is nothing to do with it or whether you are single or not. Also there are sperm banks.

Yes.
Single females can pay for ivf or get it free from some private clinic if they are willing to donate some eggs.
NHS funding for ivf is subject to various eligibility criteria and restrictions on how many cycles are provided free of charge.

Artificial insemination means insertion of sperm into vagina -no sex/without a penis. Ivf means laboratory sperm and eggs being mixed!
