Biological Sciences degree at Surrey

I am looking to take Biological Sciences at University of Surrey as I am unsure at the moment which part of Biology that I would like to take further(human or environmental) but Surrey's degree would allow me to take the same modules as Biomedical if I wanted. I am interested in doing the NHS Scientist Training Programme later on was wondering if they would accept a Biological Sciences degree instead of a Biomedical degree despite doing the same modules. Thank you.

You need to check with them. If you're doing environmental modules they're not the same as human biology. Also STP programs are quite competitive so you may need to do a PhD.

Thank you for your reply. There is an undergraduate entry level programme that I am hoping to take. I think that it would be best to take a biomedical degree to ensure that I have what I need to do the programme.
Yes it is even better to do a biological sciences degree as it is a pure science and there are more options as to what you can specialise in, whereas biomed focuses on the medical side of biology .
