I’d say 8pm today. I am nocturnal and I am trying to get my sleeping routine back to normal again

I didn’t take caffeine, I never have in my life. The only thing I have had is Starbucks cold coffee drink, that’s the closest I got.

I’m not lying, I can actually survive without sleep, or at least 3 hours at night from 2am to 5am and stay awake at night until morning at say 1pm and sleep the entire day until 12-1am
