Personal statement

I’m applying to university this year, I don’t really have any extra curricular activities that I can include in my personal statement. Please help me suggest groups I can join or voluntary activities I can partake in, or anything to help me boost.

Local volunteering maybe? Charity shops, fundraising events etc
The PS isn’t about convincing the admissions people that you’re the most charitable person out there, it’s about convincing them to give you a place on the course, so any work experience needs to be linked to skills.
Maybe work experience for your field of study can help?

The best things to talk about are extra reading etc. around the subject you are applying for - that doesn't matter where you live :smile:
