if someone needed help with things and was repetitive (apologetic for asking) would he majority of the people lash out and make others feel dumb or would they be receptive and help a person out. I recently saw a situation where one woman was asking another for help and she became very rude and made the other feel very dumb and made a lot of bithcy comments... I really didn't know this is how people react when they are asked for help.... are the majority of people like this or is it just a minority who don't have patience and are mean ??

No. They should be mature about their handling of the situation, whether they want to / can help them or not
