Im not too sure how to do flash cards so I was wondering if I can just do blurting instead

You’ll be repeatedly writing down the same stuff you already know. It’s good to see what you’re forgetting but doing past papers would be better lol

i think its worth doing, because its quicker and it'll be a more efficient way of memorising key content!
But not everything works for everyone.

not just by blurting...all these techniques work best when put together

condense condense condense!! for english i basically memorised all my essay answers and summed them up into 3-5 main points which i could then bounce ideas off of.
