Just did my UCAT today and got 737.5 which I am extremely happy with, however I only managed to get a band 2 in the SJT, I was just wondering if the band 2 in SJT will affect the way universities look at my score massively?

Not at all, that’s a great result. As long as your grades are good and you have a strong personal statement as well. I only got 667 and SJ 3 last year but still got 4 interviews and offers
