I am confused on how you apply to universities when you take BTEC. Do they convert your results or do they not take applications with BTEC results? It will be nice if someone could explain the process of applying to university with a double BTEC business result?

I didn't do any BTEC courses past level 2, so I can't speak from personal experience, but as far as I know level 3 BTEC courses are considered equal to A-levels, at least in theory. While in practice, some people see them as 'easier', they are still equivalent as qualifications. As such, I believe you can substitute A-level grades for equivalent BTEC level 3 grades (i.e. distinction instead of A, merit instead of B). I could be wrong, of course, so take everything I say with a grain of salt.

However, if your university accepts UCAS points instead of specific qualifications, you can convert your qualifications using the UCAS tariff system.
