I swap to dark chocolate. It still tastes nice but because of the bitterness I physically can't eat lots of it, and it's also healthier for you. Lindt do nice flavours of dark chocolate.

Each time you want to eat some chocolate, you could try eating half your usual dose. This works best if the chocolate is stored a considerable distance a way.

I literally just don’t buy any coz Ik if I’m craving some, I’ll be too lazy just to go to a shop so that usually works for me 😂. Or just buy one bar/pack for the week and keep it to that
