Diary of a Year 3 Teacher :-)
On the 2nd of September, I start my first teaching job. This is a diary to record things, it might be useful for anyone looking at teaching.

So my entire summer has been planning, planning, planning. Unlike many of my uni course mates starting their first jobs, I have NOT received any planning from my school.
I have had to do it all myself. So far I have planned about 1/2 of subjects up to Christmas, English only up to half term, maths I have planned my objectives up to Christmas but not the actual lessons. I still have PE, PSHE, Guided Reading, Spag, Computing, Music and Languages to plan.
It took two weeks for me to sort out my classroom and it's still not entirely done.
I have so much work still to do.
