IGCSE (in one year)
A*:physics, maths, Chinese as first language (top in the world)
A: biology, chemistry, additional maths,
C: history
AP calculus AB: 5

AS: biology a (90), physics a (92), chemistry b (78)
A level: Maths A (80) (finished during AS)

Activities:
BBO bronze medal and brainbee regional third prize and local first prize...and interns in lab and hospital with my own project.

I know there are some problems with my chemistry and it's really an accident , I never get b before the final exam. I am going to retake in this winter. Neuroscience at UCL is really competitive and I am thinking whether I have chance get in?

Absolutrely.
Will you get your teacher to predicted A or A* for Chemistry?
Very nice grades at this stage.

It has a roughly 1 in 3 offer rate...
https://university.which.co.uk/unive...9-39788cb65be0

... but your Physics and Biology marks are strong. Before resiting Chemistry check with UCL if it's worthwhile. Which exam board are you sitting?

Yes my teacher said he will give me a predicted A for my chemistry. But as I've already had my AS results will they still consider my predicted results?

ok, so it contributes to your final A-level grade but you can still get an A at A-level with a B at AS.

I am going to retake chemistry so I think I can get an a with higher UMS this winter. I am just afraid that they will reject me before the retaking result came out (;´༎ຶД༎ຶ`)

As I said, speak to UCL, and all your other potential university choices.

They won't reject you based on waiting for an AS resit result.
