Requirements for application

Do BBs require a cover letter along with a CV for applying for spring week in London?
It varies.

From my recollection of previous years -
GS expect you to write a motivational statement which acts as their cover letter.
JPM I dont think so, but you may be asked motivational questions
MS - yes, they like ask for cover letters.
BAML - similar to JPM with motivational questions.
