Hong Kong Riots descend into Misogyny

Some of the harassment online has descended into misogynistic threats of violation and violence, said a police official. He said some on social media had made a mock beauty contest, asking people which police officer's wife they wanted to sleep with most.

Thought that was the Edinburgh Fringe festival.
OP, are you intentionally trying to pedal the PRC's "news"? It seems like you're posting a lot of links that are anti-HK protesters - which of course the PRC will do anything to discredit.

OP you're a simpleton. Is this really that much of a massive problem? you know a couple of days ago the Hong Kong police tortured an old man in a hospital who was defenceless? it's stupid leftists like you who are little fools and I bet you want communism to rule. The Hong Kong people are fighting for democracy, give it to them

Alas, there isnt a snowballs chance in hell of that happening whilst the PRC exists.
Also we should bear in mind democracy is not necessarily a good thing in these cases. I mean people talk about a democratic revolution in china (dream is probably a better word) but that by no means would mean a friendly government would come to power. The polar opposite tends to happen usually. Take Iran, Italy, Chile, Indonesia etc.
