Hi, would like to find out which college in Oxford is maybe easier to apply or more Asian friendllier among all the colleges(for engineering study) in Oxford University?

none of them are more easier than any others. That wouldn't even make sense to be a thing.
All of them will be friendly to asian people lmao, but if you want more asian people to socialise with, then you should go for the bigger colleges, since more people gives you a greater likelihood of having more asians.

Oxford Admissions will provide lots of statistics in terms of entry. Don't know whether it will necessarily include enthicity, but you may want to look for a college which admits a higher proportion of engineering students, or a higher proportion of students from your background (e.g. comprehensive school vs grammar school, domestic vs international).
