Nearly all unis are A level based. @returnmigrant found a way where you could use btec, so you might ask them, but in most cases you will need AAA@ A level.
If your advisors say that (I believe they are wrong or misleading you) then ask them to name the med schools where it is sufficient. In certain cases it might get you onto a foundation year or other course from which you cna transfer. If you are only being offered btec, then is that based on GCSE? What grades did you get?

they said some unis like kingston,imperial... the thing is i got chicken pox on the day of the bio, chem, physics exam so i got a B in physics and a C in bio, chem
There might be a chance you could get on a course with a foundation year, or a different medicine-related degree and then do a masters in medicine. Normally medicine is very competitive, and I doubt they will accept someone without 3 A levels.

Edit: Apologies, I may have misread your original post (I've assumed you've completed the BTEC or are too far along with one to switch to A-Level) The only way to get into Medicine with BTECs is through graduate entry. My original comment was about that, and can be found in the spoiler. Hope you have a good day!
