what calculators are allowed for gcse maths

I'm doing gcse edexcel maths and was wondering if i can use the casio fx-991EX classwiz calculator for my calc exams?

Our school usually uses the fx-83GTX but i bought the advanced scientific one as i'll probably be doing maths a level if i get the grades

sophias365 my son took Edexcel Maths GCSE this year but his calculator was just a basic scientific model (he won't be taking Maths any further now). But the advice on the JCQ website is that if there's anything you're unclear about, especially which calculator you may use, you should ask your teacher. That's probably your best option, to be honest, because your school will have access to all the information regarding what can and can't be taken into the examination hall.
