I really want to do medicine but i got quite low gcse grades.

Will these results affect studying medicine in the future?

If you apply strategically to unis that don't rank by gcses, you have a chance.

That is no where near low, that decent results. Uni’s don’t look at GCSEs apart from a few who completely ignore predicted grades. All they require is you have a 6 in Maths and English Language

No, should be fine as you easily passed in the core subjects.
It may depend on university tho.👍
