So this is an odd question?
Just got back from paris and the weather was 28 to 30゚. The weather was okay and nice.
In the uk when the same Temperature hits. It feels like my skin on fire. Why does the uk heat burn and any other hot countries the hot weather is fine?.

Some hot countries have automatic air con built into their homes.
We don't, sadly, so that might be contributing.
Wish I could deal with the cold! I keep wishing it was hot when it's cold, and cold when it's hot

Because British homes aren't originally fitted with air conditioning and ceiling fans.

Increased humidity.
The heat of a desert is easier to tolerant than the heat of a tropical humid climate.

It's definitely NOT cold, but MILD 95% of the time or WARM if you're in the south.
