How to stop procrastination at uni
Hello,

Here are some of the tips that I thought were useful:
Eliminate distractions

Use your strongest sensation to memorise things
Set yourself deadlines
Work when you feel most alert and efficient
Don't stress too much
Eat healthy & exercise on a regular basis
Get inspired and save time by asking for help
Motivation is the key.

When you create deadlines make sure they’re going to work realistically for you. Good luck, and try not to procrastinate on TSR

the main thing to stop procrastinating is ROUTINE. this will help you so much from what time you should be waking up, exercising, having breakfast and planning your day out up to the week before. If you really want to focus try spending less time with friends if you aren’t already & spending less money. the end goal for you is to become more motivated to actually do some work & routine allows you to get there.
