Is a grade 6 a good grade??

Hi,
In my GCSEs i got two 7s, five 6s, two 5s and one 3 (lmao). I'm looking at getting some papers reviewed and remarked, but i was wondering is a grade 6 is a good grade? to me it just sounds so **** :frown:

If you were predicted an 8, it's not so great. If you were predicted a 4 then it's magnificent. It won't hold you back so plough on.

I would say so. If you are planning to go to university, the majority look for people getting grade 6s in certain subjects especially in maths and English. :smile:

It puts you in roughly the top 25% of the country which sounds pretty good to me. Don't compare yourself to people on this site because the standard here is much much higher than the national average.
