I Signed up to an Open University course, is it too late to apply for a student loan?

I don't really know about how to get a student loan or even if it is too late. can somebody please give me some advice on where and how to apply

Nope, it isn't too late.

The student finance calculator will be able to tell you how much you are able to get:

This is the website for applying for student loan:

As above you can apply now, however bear in mind it takes about 6 weeks to process your information and any evidence you send them etc. This might delay you being confirmed for SFE and receiving it - I would recommend you advise the OU of this beforehand so they can make a note that your funding may come in slightly late (this isn't super uncommon). If it ends being very delayed you may need to pay the tuition fees yourself (however when I had to do this with the OU, they reimbursed me for the amount I paid once my SFE funding was confirmed and paid out to them).
