IGCSE Results 2019 - Where they good

I'm aiming for top U.S universities, the likes of Harvard, Stanford, M.I.T, etc...I'm looking to take a major in some area of CS/EE and I am wondering if I even stand a chance of getting accepted with my grades.

My results for IGCSE were as follows:
- Eng. lit/lang - 8
- Chem - 7
- Physics - 8
- Bio - 8
- Math - 8
- French - 8
- Geo - 8
- CS - 8
- Spanish - 9

Thanks for the feedback.

In the states, when you are applying you don't apply to a course but rather the school.

You'll need to do the SAT or ACT and do very well with it, but not much other than that (at least for Stanford - they say you should just have the requirements for a bachelor's degree in your home country)

Also you should have really good extra curricular activities (in America they look a lot at you as a person) and good predicted grades.
