Does anyone now if its possible to make Good pastry with wholemeal flour? Watch
Whilst I like making pastry, 1 problem ive noted is the use of white flour, which as any nutritionist will tell you is not great for your health. Does anyone know if it is possible to make filo or puff pastry with wholemeal flour?
I suspect that using wholemeal flour on its own would give a very heavy, cakey result, not what you want for puff pastry.
