Hello, it’s down to the individual to whether how long it takes you to learn the content. There is no set time of how long you should revise for whilst studying an ib:

Each person is different when it comes to hours of study. I personally study 2 hours each night on average, however I know people who study 5 and others 1- it's down to you!
However, regarding you taking HL Biology, I definitely recommend spending a lot of hours and time on that, memorising, revising and learning the new content. It is heavy in information, and therefore, you really must spend a lot of time on it.
Only reason I am giving advice on bio as it is the only class I also take.
