Social anxiety and presentations and university?!
I’ve just found out that I have to give a presentation in front of 180 people in my first year at uni, I don’t want to tell anyone I have anxiety as I want uni to be a fresh start but I’ve already started worrying about this fresh start what can I do??? 
Man not really sure wat to say I get nervous inform of crowds too but it always helps to b prepared like extra prepared now ur **** n just talk I noticed that alot of ppl get nervous too n most time if u got first in a class presentation other ppl still fixing up there so dont really pay attention
