Do the best english presentations have a powerpoint? Because I want to know what will be the most effective. Some people think they distract the audience so...

I got a distinction in my spoken endorsement without a PowerPoint, but I know people who got distinctions with a PowerPoint too. It’s entirely based on the content of your speech and how you engage with your audience, whether that’s with or without a PowerPoint

It depends. I find that sometimes a candidate just starts reading a ream of text from their Powerpoint. I think they're good if pictures and short quotations can be incorporated.
