Student finance application

Hello, i am in a little confusion right now due to my enrolement status and student finance. My student finance was approved and i recieved my letter for my payments. Although there is a slight problem i currently finished foundation year in marketing and my course has been changed to business management for this year 2019/2020 and onwards. Will this effect my student finance? as it says there marketing while im going to study business management. Do i have to re apply the whole process again? Thank you.
Contact your uni, there’ll be help there that will tell you exactly what to do, as far as i’m aware, you should have had to change it, but the uni may be able to change it for you when you re enrol
