The world bank has the money to fight Ebola but wont use it

An interesting article;
to be honest the reasons given for refusing to cough up more aid seem quite sound. I can hardly fault America for not wanting to give a cent to a corrupt quasi-genocidal government in Kinshasa and given the state of affairs in the country the almost policy of essentially establishing a picket line around the affected areas seems actually rather sensible, if lamentable.

And? Just because you have the money to do something doesn’t mean you should.

People are usually felled by 'politicians logic' something must be done, this is something therefor we must do it :lol:
