It’s sooo uncomfortable

My balls are so itchy all the time. When i say itchy I mean abnormally itchy, I sometimes itch the same spot for about 5 minutes. I also have these weird spots on them. Anyone know what I can do? If it’s any relevance I shave my balls and above part with a razor about every 1/2 weeks

Google this, tbh could just be an irritation or allergic reaction to something, if your using any cosmetics down there stop and see if it goes away.

If your not then make sure your using a clean towel and maybe try some antiseptic stuff like sudocrem, if this doesn't work go see a gp.

Could it be chafing whilst exercising...

Nah I don’t really exercise lol
Happens to most people who shave down there for a couple of days. Probably razor burns etc.
Trim more often and then on an off day after a few weeks shave.
