Hi, I would like to do dentistry in kcl or qmul but I really messed up my UCAT so I just wanted some advice really as to whether I should still apply to kcl/qmul (and Sheffield and Plymouth) or look for something else.
UCAT: 640 avg Band 3 SJT
GCSE’s: 3 9’s, 5 8’s, 2 7’s and 6 (maths)
A-levels: A* in Punjabi and predicted AAA in bio chem physics
Have two weeks experience in dental practice, 1 week in A

Hello,
You should look at schools that don't factor ucat that much hence I suggest not applying to kcl and qml tbh (I've seen previous application admissions stats for kcl and the scores for ucat are really high about 2700)
Plymouth ucat scores are lower so you can apply there (the past years cut off are on their website ). There aren't many dentistry unis so I suggest researching more about which schools don't account ucat that much. Best of luck 🤞
