I’m in my last year of an undergraduate BSc Sport coaching course and looking to go into Primary Teaching. I notice you need GCSE C or above in Maths, English and Science to do this, however when at School I got a PP at BTEC science. My school told me this was the equivalent of a GCSE so will I get onto teacher training courses with this? If not, will my degree be enough with it being a Bachelor of Science?

Your degree won’t influence the decision as it is a requirement for QTS that you have GCSE grade C in those subjects. Equivalent qualifications are accepted. You should contact the institution you wish to study with to discuss your BTEC with them further. The admissions team will be able to advise you.
