I already went though and updated that pro's and cons list for Balliol, Jesus and Corpus Christi (all Oxford obviously.)
However, I shall throw my hat in. I'm just entering my second year of study at Corpus Christi Oxford. This was my secondary college, so I didn't choose it, but I am much happier that I am here than I would have been at Wadham (the one I originally chose.)
Good Things!
The library has a silence policy, and is 24/7 so it's a great study space. It is also the original library of the college, which is perhaps odd for an undergraduate library (most colleges have their original library as their fellows library, and a newer library for undergraduates.)
The food is pretty good, and of a good price.
Accommodation is generally cheap (about £4.5k for the year.)
Nice common room with tea and coffee paid for by JCR.
Free entry to Annual Tortoise Fair!
Accommodation guaranteed for all years of study.
The man, The myth, the Legend, Dr Paul Dellar.
Central, but since it is sandwiched between Christ Church, Merton and Oriel the tourists don't ever come here.
The sun dial is the littest in the world.
Great Gardens and Gardener
The beer cellar (our college bar) which has free pool.
A swimming membership deal is finally being agreed between the college and Iffley.
You are REALLY close to Christ Church meadow. Like, there is an entrance right next to the college. So if you are a fan of rowing, that's good.
There is a noise ban in college in Trinity term, meaning that porters can tell you to shut up if it disturbing people working in college at any time of day.
Everyone is really friendly!
Not so great things.
No nine month leases (they've just been introduced and are currently very limited)
No breakfast on Saturday or Sunday (only brunch) which is fine, unless you like to start study at 9am like me.
En-Suites only available in Oldham building (and not on the top floor) and in certain rooms of Liddell and Lampl.
The hall is kinda small, so sometimes I have to eat in the beer cellar.
You probably won't live actually in the college itself until 3rd year, and its a toss up even then.
Laundry is kinda expensive (£3.50 a time for wash and dry.)

Things I wish I'd been told
Which colleges have common 9 month leases (so you don't have to move out in the MT and HT vacations.)
Choosing the right college is vaguely important. I personally have more friends outside my college than in it, so finding friends isn't really an issue. Although, since I didn't choose my college and ended up here and am happy, I suppose it's not too bad.
