Are you f***ing kidding me???

https://www.mrporter.com/en-gb/mens/...-hoodie/705119

Nearly £1.5k for what looks like a very basic hoodie. There aren’t even any pockets... Who on earth would buy this? Celebrities? The super rich? The “more money than sense” brigade?

Am I missing something here?

Cashmere is amazing, but it’s not expensive if you buy it in other countries.

Is it more comfortable than cotton, viscose or polyester?

The money is coming from the brand mostly. Otherwise cashmere is usually not that expensive.

It’s warmer than wool, but still really soft. Much more comfortable than cotton.

You can try having a look online for anything cashmere. If you look in charity shops for anything with old fashioned brands, you might find one. If you go on holiday anywhere, have a look around at clothes prices and common fabrics. You might find one cheap there. I’ve never actually seen a cashmere hoodie before tbh, so I don’t know how rare they are.
Edit: there is pure cashmere one for £119 in marks and spencer. In the sale is might not be much different to a normal hoodie.
