Basically i did Computer Science BSc(3 years) I have completed my two years and passed. At the moment, i am going onto the third year but i do not feel that i will do well due to the fact the modules in final year are less interesting and not the kind of route i wanted to go for after i graduate. The course didn't have a variety in final year where i can choose to specialise in.

So i look up and find some university offered a Top-up degree for those who have completed a HND. I found the modules in the Top-up degree more suited to me as they offered web development modules as this is what i wanted to do in the future. Is it possible because i have more chance of getting 1st in a top-up degree since the modules there is what i wanted to do . Or should i carry on to finish my final year in my current University despite knowing that i will not perform well due to interest and getting a 2:2 instead?

Talk to the top up degree admissions and see if they will take you.
You need a 2:1.

If you feel its a better course, they will take you plus the pros and cons arent massively against then make the effort and move imo.
Do not enrol for 3rd year and check what you need to do to cash out with a diphe.

I spoken to the admissions they are happy to take me in as they only needed a 2:2 . So basically i will be transferring from top 20 University to top 50 University and it will be less prestigious. But there is a lot of optional modules where i can choose from so i am quite happy transferring knowing that i will perform better and more interested in the course modules.

I am bit sketchy with the "top-up" since i have never heard about it. Do i need to put this in my CV after i graduate e.g. Computer Scienec BSc Top-up . Would employer view this as a bad degree compare to a normal full 3-years degree since there is "Top-up" at the end of the degree name? Also i do not see many top university offered top-up course.

Also because it's a 1 year top-up degree , the final degree classification is based entirely on this 1 year so i think this might be good for my case as i didn't perform so well in my stage 2 which i have gotten 2:2. And i feel final year would be a lot easier since the modules is my liking whereas in Year 2 Computer Science is all focus into different areas that i am not interested in so if the degree classification isn't including my Year 2 and only the 1 year in top-up would be a good choice for me i think.

Dont think so. I probably wouldnt. Dont think it makes any difference as you have the hnd.
You need to check with the top up uni if they will take you and how they mark.
