Ok well on second thoughts: you could either rebel (get called to the head and make her see that what she is doing is not working for you) or get multiple people who your mum trusts/respects to make her see that what’s she’s doing isn’t right (she may take on board advice from a therapist) but along with other people.
She may be so oblivious to the truth that it takes an outsider to make her see it :wink:
