https://digital.ucas.com/courses/det...micYearId=2020 <<< this is the course i'm choosing for 2020 start, its a masters and i'm wondering how i'll get a Ph.D, like will i have to go back to uni as a postgraduate and do an extra year or a couple years to gain a Ph.D?

The link you've given is for the undergraduate course.

If you want to do a PhD, you really did to understand what it actually is and what is required. You can do a master's, and then you apply for a PhD (which is usually around 3 years long if done full-time).

i know its an udergrad, i start 2020 as stated, i'm doing the masters but wanted to know how to get a Ph.D after i've completed the masters course

You apply for a PhD program during your last year of your master's, get in, do research for 3-4 years, then get a PhD.

ohh, thanks thats what i needed, is it worth going through those extra years for the Ph.D

You'll be able to make one decision on that at the end of your undergraduate then many more throughout and slightly after your PhD. No one else can really tell you yes or no.
