Is it true that 15 mins long sleep between 4 and 5 o'clock same as sleeping 4 hours? watch

    If you're really tired, a 15 minute "power nap" will be good in the short term. But you should really aim for 6-8 hours each night

    no, but thats what generally gets me through the day. i think its about the time when you sleep, more than the amount
