How do you prove your earnings as a private tutor for HMRC?

I’m registered at Tutorful and MyTutor and I am hoping to work a few a hours as a tutor during my 2nd year of medical school. How do I prove my earnings? After lessons will MyTutor or Tutorful send me a summary of my earnings and if so do those count as prove of earnings. Do I need to issue receipts to students?

Those would be questions for the 2 sites you get work through.

Remember if you earn under £1k you don't need to declare it as part of the new trading allowance.
