Need reassurance on my cooking btec dish Watch

I am doing the wjec catering and hospitality btec course and I have recently done my exam a year early and got a level 2 distinction. I am worried my dish isn’t going to keep that grade. I am pretty sure on my dessert as I am making a chocolate mousse with shortbread biscuits. But for my main I am only making a pasta dish with no meat just a sauce. I know I’ll get okay makes for making my own pasta but will my marks go down for only making a simple pasta meal in the end? Can anyone speak from experience who did a similar meal plan and kept their distinction?
