I deleted Instagram as it’s full of fake people and was such a distraction, and just made sure I got enough sleep (usually from 9.30/10pm until 7.30/8am)

Sleep 8 hours a day
Revise about 4-5 hours a day in the last 2 months before exams
Do alot of past papers throughout the year e.g after every topic attempt a few questions relating to that topic
40 mins revising 20 mins relaxing per hour

Do all your homework, and go over any topics you don't get in your free time as you go on throughout the year makes revising alot easier at the end.

during exam season I fell asleep at 12 am and woke up at 6 am. Used social media in my breaks after exams. Built up revision over the year rather than cramming it all in, so therefore you have time to do what you want
