You need to break the vectors into perpendicular components (i.e. vertical and horizontal) using trig. Then, add the horizontal components together, and the vertical components together (taking care to include negatives where appropriate). Calculate the resultant vector using the Pythagorean theorem, and do tan^-1(vertical/horizontal) to get the angle from the horizontal.

Basically, it's just a lot of trig.
